How do I contact ALAFRENCH customer service?

What are your customer service hours?

Our France and Dubai offices operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GST. Emails sent outside these hours will be answered on the next business day. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at contact@alafrench.fr.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated through contact@alafrench.fr to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination: France (2-3 business days), Europe (5-7 business days), International (7-10 business days). Express shipping options are available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, first contact contact@alafrench.fr with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact contact@alafrench.fr for assistance with the return process.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact contact@alafrench.fr within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

How do I care for my ALAFRENCH garments?

Each garment comes with specific care instructions on the label. Generally, we recommend dry cleaning for our jacquard pieces and delicate hand washing for other items. Avoid harsh detergents and direct sunlight when drying. Proper care ensures the longevity of your pieces.

Are your products made in France?

All ALAFRENCH pieces undergo their final manufacturing stage in France, including finishing, quality control, and packaging. This ensures each garment meets our exacting standards of French craftsmanship and luxury.
